Villas in Arezzo

We have an amazing selection of villas!

While visiting Arezzo, spend some time exploring its architectural gems like the Piazza Grande in the historic town centre, the Duomo San Donato, Arezzo’s most famous cathedral, and the Teatro Petrarca, a more modern, yet beautiful theatre. If you love history, you’ll want to check out the Medicea Fort, which was constructed in the 16th and 17th centuries, as well as the archaeological museum, the Basilica of San Francesco, and the Church of Santa Maria della Pieve.

Spend some time outside wandering the parks like Parco Sandro Pertini and Parco Passeggio del Prato. Explore the ruins of the Roman amphitheatre, wander the antique market, and try out the local cuisine. Like most places in Tuscany, this is a beautiful spot to enjoy a glass of wine and a hearty meal while enjoying the countryside scenery. If you’re based out of Arezzo, take the hour trip to Lago Trasimeno and enjoy some time on the water and exploring the lakeside towns that are nearby. No matter what you do while visiting Arezzo, you’ll be sure to enjoy the beauty and culture you experience.

About Arezzo

Best Time To Visit

The best time to visit Arezzo is between April and June because the weather isn’t too hot and there is hardly any rain. If you want to experience the colours of fall, make your way to Arezzo between October and November but keep in mind that fall is often the rainy season. Also, note that the seasons with the best weather often attract the most tourists. If you want a trip that’s less crowded and slightly cheaper, consider visiting Arezzo in the offseason.

How to Get There

If you’re travelling from Florence or Rome, Arezzo can be easily reached by car on the Autostrada del Sole. A train is a great option for anywhere in Italy. There are frequent trains that run along the Bologna-Rome line, with plenty of connections in Florence, Rome, and the majority of Italy. If you’d rather take a bus, there are plenty of options on the LFI, SITA, and ATAM buses.

Where To Stay

Arezzo is dotted with beautiful accommodation options from Italian Breaks. Whether you’re travelling as a family, on business, or with your partner, you’ll find a beautiful Arezzo villa for the occasion. Choose from luxury villas with scenic views, private pools, and opulent interiors for the perfect romantic getaway or holiday.

If you’re travelling as a family, opt for one of our family-friendly villas which have convenient facilities and are close to Arezzo attractions.

Our goal is to provide each and every guest with a simplified, but amplified villa experience. We leave out the unnecessary so we can focus on what you actually care about. So, don’t wait any longer to book your trip to Arezzo, and start counting down to an unforgettable experience with the people you love.
