The space

Villa Campanella (600 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with sofas and a fireplace), a dining room (with table seating sixteen), a well-equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences. On this level, you will also find a TV room (with sofa), a bathroom (with toilet), a storage room, a laundry room, and a cellar.

One the first floor, you will find a billiard room (with billiard table), two twin bedrooms (with two single beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), and one single room (with single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa faces a private 17th century chapel (still used for mass on Sundays) and is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (6 m x 12 m; depth 1.1 m – 2.4 m; open 16 April – 22 October). Around the pool, you will find a sun terrace (with sun loungers, umbrellas and a table and chairs) and next to the villa, there is a shaded terrace (with table seating sixteen) for outdoor dining.
