Villa La Torre - Secluded villa with private pool

The space

On the ground floor the house offers a large living-room with TV and comfortable sofa. From the living room, we can walk out onto the panoramic shaded outdoor area, ideal for al fresco meals where we can find a stone barbecue. Meals can take place around the round table in the dining room, close to a fitted kitchen (equipped with oven, 2 fridges with freezer, cooker, microwaves, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, kettle and more). Still on the ground floor, there is a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en-uite bathroom with shower. There are two more separate bathrooms with shower.
On the first floor we find a large living room with a large fireplace, a small kitchen with oven, cooker and washing machine, a double bedroom, two rooms with twin beds and a laundry room. The two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with shower only.

Outside, the property has a private swimming pool (12x5.5m; 1.5m deep; open from May 7 to October 1, weather permitting) equipped with sun lounges, umbrella and comfortable outdoors seating chairs. From there, on a clear day, you can see the famous city of Volterra in the distance.
