VILLA MONTANA - VOLTERRA AREA

Located in the Tuscan countryside, Villa Montana offers wonderful views on the surrounding hills. It is a perfect choice if you want to relax though not renouncing to some cultural activities: the beautiful Etruscan town of Volterra is at 40 km, while Florence and Siena are within one hour drive.

The space

This is a two-storey villa.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room with one table for 14 people and another smaller table for 6 people, pantry with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, kitchen equipped with electric oven, 6 gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle and toaster, one separate toilet.

First floor: 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (4 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and 1 twin bedroom (convertible in double upon request) with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside area: private swimming pool (14m x 7m - depth from 1.20m to 2.50m) with Jacuzzi (depth 90cm), loungers and sun umbrellas by the pool, veranda with garden furniture.

Facilities: air conditioning, Jacuzzi, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, electric oven, 6 gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle and toaster, internet WIFI.
