The space

Villa Manuela (250 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

On the ground floor, a loggia welcomes you to the house and leads to a spacious living/dining room with garden views (featuring sofas and fireplace), another living room, a well-equipped kitchen (complete with table and chairs and access to a sizeable porch), and a guest bathroom (with toilet). In the sleeping quarters on this level, two double bedrooms (each with double bed) boast ensuite bathrooms equipped with showers.

From the entrance, a staircase leads you to the first floor, where a double bedroom (furnished with a French bed, suitable for two children or one adult) awaits with an ensuite bathroom (featuring a shower). Additionally, there is a triple bedroom (equipped with a double bed and a single bed) with its own ensuite bathroom (with a shower) and a living room with armchairs and a small table. Both bedrooms offer picturesque views of the countryside from a charming balcony.

Outside you will find a large Mediterranean garden (3000 sqm) surrounded by olive trees. The garden features a generous porch equipped with a sitting and dining area, pergolas with comfortable seating and a private swimming pool (measuring 11 x 5m with a depth of 1.4m; open May to September) accompanied by a gazebo. Additionally, there is a private car park available.
