The space

Villa Rustico (220 sqm) consists of a main villa and an annex.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 11)

The living area consists of lounge (with comfortable sofas and chairs, TV, fireplace, and table) and a well-equipped kitchen/dining room (with fridge freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, American coffee machine and a dining table).

In the sleeping area, you will find five double bedrooms (with double beds), one single bedroom (with a French bed) and three bathrooms (with showers). One of the double bedrooms is reached via a spiral staircase.

There is also a large dining room on the lower floor (used by the owner to cook and run wine tastings for guests).

ANNEX (sleeps 4)

The annex overlooks the pool, and 4 steps lead you from the shady porch (furnished with sofas) to the entrance. It consists of a kitchen/dining area (with hob: 4 burners, fridge, American coffee machine and TV), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin room (with two single beds that can be converted to a double on request) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a large garden with a private swimming pool (15m x 6m; depth 1.2m – 2.5m; open from 7 May to 1 October) surround by grass (with sun loungers and umbrellas). In the front of the main house, there is a terrace with an outside dining area (with table, chairs, and umbrella) which overlooks the pool.
