The space

On the lower floor, you will find one quadruple bedroom (with double bed, double sofa bed, satellite TV, Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning and mosquito net) and one bathroom (with shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet, washing machine).

The entrance is on the ground floor where you will find an open plan living/dining room (with sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, dining table, internet Wi-Fi, exit to the patio), a well-equipped kitchen (with an oven, gas hob: 6 burners, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, air conditioning, mosquito net) and a bathroom (with shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds, Internet Wi-Fi, Mosquito net) and one bathroom (with shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, there is a small garden (300 sqm) with a private swimming pool (9m x 4m; depth 1.2m; open 1 May to 30 September) and two loggias equipped with relaxation and outdoor dining areas, as well as a barbecue, parking inside the property and charging points for electric cars.
