The space

Villa Giaconda (90 sqm) develops over one level.

The villa consists of an open plan living room which opens onto a veranda, with a sitting area (with sofas and a TV) and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area (with table for 6). In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and three ensuite bathrooms (with showers).

Outside the villa there is a shady veranda with a dining area (with a table for 6) and relaxation area (with comfortable outdoor seating). The garden (600 sqm) includes a swimming pool (12m x 4m; usually open 1 April to 31 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), outdoor kitchen (with barbecue), outdoor shower and parking.
