The space

The living area consists of an open plan room (with doors onto the garden) with a lounge area (with sofa, chairs, and TV), a dining area (with a table for 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area.

In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and external access.

Outside, the villa offers a well-equipped terrace with a sitting and dining area, as well as an outdoor kitchen (with barbecue). The garden (800 sqm) includes a swimming pool with hydromassage (8m x 4m; open from 1 May to 31 October) and a sun terrace (with sun loungers), as well as an outdoor shower and parking.

- the owner lives in the house attached to Villa Lilla, however, he has another entrance, another pool etc. Villa Lilla remains a private house and pool and garden are at exclusive use.
