Inside, we find the living/kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace and the modern kitchen with table and chairs and equipped with built in appliances. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a third bedroom with double sofa bed. There is one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, there is a private swimming pool (3 x 2m; 1.2m deep). On the roof, we find a private Jacuzzi (2x2m; 0.7m deep) with covered terrace and sun lounges from where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Both the pool and the Jacuzzi are open all year round and The Jacuzzi can be heated (electrically) on request. The villa offers large terraces, equipped with table and chairs and ideal for an al-fresco dinner in the evening.

So many wonderful memories during our stay. The property is great. It's close to the beach, walking distance with private pergolas, and has pool and jacuzzi. The decorations were nice and great for rentals. Very central spot to get away to s8ghtsee some towns like Modica, Noto, Syracuse, Marzamemi, Izpica, and pachino. Reitani, the town where the villa is, seems to a local tourist town. There were no tourists from other areas around the world that we ran into. And very few spoke English. But I spoke Spanish, so it worked out. I was slightly disappointed finding the property. The pictures on the listing are accurate but the address is incorrect. And to add, they are doing construction so if you are not given specific details, it'll be hard to find the property. Luckily we were close. I never received a welcome email as I did on another property we rented. I even sent a message 1 week prior but no response. Once we found the property, 2 hours later, using global coordinates, The check in person was super nice. The property really made up for the details that were missing, like the address. I highly recommend this property. But be sure you get global coordinates first and be sure you can make a call when you arrive.\t\nDate of arrival - 23 July 2022

We have had a wonderful vacation at this amazing place. We have simply loved it all - the house, the facilities, the pool, the beach, the food, the people and the view which you never get tired of. This is definitely a place we would love to come back to!

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!
