Quite one of the very best AirbnBs we have stayed in. Unbeatable location in Catania. Easily walkable to all parts of the city. The apartment itself was beautifully presented and immaculately refurbished. The outlook over the Duomo was fantastic day and night and whilst in a busy location the apartment was very private. The only thing we would have done differently was to leave our rental car before we got to the city. We’d travelled down through Italy but navigating Catania by car was a whole different matter! Taxis were available right below the apartment pretty much 24hrs a day.
That was a great experience, beautiful apartment and a very large, beautiful terrace with stunning lively viewsof Duomo and the square, that was really one of our best, may be the best so far, Airbnb experiences, many many many thanks to Cristina and the team for making this happen.
This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Catania. Right on the main square - looking out in the duomo (in the 3rd floor, so you are eye to eye with the duomo!). The terrace is spectacular, we spent many hours taking in the sights sounds and scenes of Catania from our own private space above the crowds/. 2 minutes walk from the incredible fish market, right on top of a fantastic cafe/bar, carpark about 5 minutes walk away. The furnishings are a lovely mix of modern and antique, it’s very stylish and uncluttered. Very well equipped. LOVE the Unopiu terrace furniture. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely stay here again.
Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie aus den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Lage direkt an der Piazza Duomo ist traumhaft, es pulsiert das Leben, Cafés und Restaurants sind zahlreich in der Nähe vorhanden und der um die Ecke liegende Markt lädt zum Einkauf und die Küche bietet gute Möglichkeiten auch aufwendigere Gerichte zuzubereiten. Die Kommunikation war einfach, schnell und sehr nett, Oksana kümmert sich hervorragend! Empfangen wurden wir mit einem Korb lokaler Produkte, von Honig bis Wein, die von sehr guter Qualität waren und die wir auch nachgekauft haben. Wer Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht ist hier falsch, wer aber das pulsierend Leben Catania‘s erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

We had a great stay here. We loved the location, being right in the heart of Catania. The rooms were large, nicely furnished and comfortable to spend time in. Having the kitchen up a flight of stairs was not ideal, but hey, it's a flat in Italy! By far our favorite part was the terrace overlooking the piazza. It really made our stay.
