The villa (160 sqm) is distinguished by a luxurious outdoor setting captured at dusk. It features an infinity pool with calm, illuminated water that beautifully reflects the deep blue hues of the evening sky. The pool is bordered by a sleek, modern edge, blending seamlessly into the surrounding natural landscape, which includes silhouettes of trees and rolling hills in the distance.

The villa’s entrance opens to a rustic and inviting indoor dining and lounge area designed with natural materials and warm tones. The room features a long wooden dining table with matching benches, complemented by modern and classic seating, such as sleek white chairs and upholstered armchairs. The table is illuminated by hanging wicker pendant lights, adding a cozy and stylish touch. A spacious sofa, and a characteristic fireplace complete the layout.
A step separates the kitchen from the dining space, subtly dividing the areas while maintaining an open-concept feel. The room is well-lit, with a combination of warm ambient lighting and accent lights along the textured white wall, enhancing the cosy atmosphere.

The sleeping accommodation includes two modern bathrooms with a shower and two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower.
