The property is composed of a main house and an annex.
MAIN HOUSE
Inside, we find a spacious living room with sofas, large floor to ceiling windows that overlook the countryside and sea and dining area. A few steps take us into the kitchen room equipped with modern amenities and a breakfast island, as well as TV. The sleeping rooms in the main house are: a master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, garden views and en-suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with air conditioning. There is another separate bathroom with shower near the third bedroom, but it is not en-suite.
ANNEX
Here, we have a living area with kitchenette, dining table, chairs and TV, as well as floor to ceiling sliding doors that lead onto the terrace and pool. There is one double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The outside area is spacious and well-tended, offering a large terrace with dining table and sofa shaded by beautiful large trees, a private infinity swimming pool (9x4.5m) with sun lounges and umbrellas on a deck facing the sea, external shower, barbecue area and separate laundry area.
Facilities: air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, mobile Wi-Fi Internet, mosquito screens on some windows, private parking, barbecue, oven, hob.
