BALCONE APARTMENT
This apartment (60sq m) is on the second floor of an ancient Venetian building (comprised of four apartments) in the Castello area, right in the heart of the historic Venice centre. A short distance from the apartment, there are the Arsenale, the Art Biennale exhibition halls and the Naval Museum; moreover guests can easily reach St. Mark's square (about 15 minutes' walk). The accommodation is 4 km from the Venice Santa Lucia train station.

The space

Modern apartment spread over two floors located on the second floor of a historic Venetian building without an elevator. The apartment has a large panoramic terrace equipped with a dining table from which you can admire the canal and San Pietro.

The living area on the first floor includes a bright room with a dining table and a kitchen, complete with everything you need for cooking and equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster.

The sleeping rooms are two bedrooms with queen-size beds on the first and second floors. The bedroom on the second floor connects to a lounge with a large sofa and television. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with showers.
