The space

The villa develops over two levels and is approached by a long gravel drive.

On the ground floor, you will find large living spaces including a lounge/dining room (with sofas, TV, and a formal dining area), a billiard room, cinema room and a well-equipped kitchen (with a second dining table).

On the first floor, you will find a studio library (with satellite TV) and five bedrooms:

- One double bedroom (with king size bed, TV) with ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower
- One double bedroom (with double bed, TV) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- One double bedroom (with double bed, TV) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- One triple bedroom (with three single beds, TV) with ensuite bathroom with shower)
- One double bedroom (with double bed, TV) with external bathroom (with shower)

There are also laundry facilities onsite.

Outside, the property is fully fenced and features a large garden with a private heated swimming pool and sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a furnished veranda, an outdoor dining area and a sports field (football and tennis), along with two outdoor showers, a barbecue area and private parking for 2-3 cars.
