The space

Villa Mascia (600 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find living rooms (with sofas, dining tables and fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (with two hobs, two ovens, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, whisk, coffee machine, washing machine), two bathrooms (with showers) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find seven bedrooms and six bathrooms:

Outside, there is a porch with tables for eating and a large garden featuring a swimming pool (11m x 7m; depth 1.6 m – 2.5 m; open from 1 May to 31 October) surrounded by a grassy area (with sun loungers). There is a solar system for the pool which keeps the water temperature at 23-30 degrees depending on the season and weather.
