The villa is built from the local stone giving it added charm and character and it's on two levels. The interiors are modern and fresh. It is surrounded by a spacious garden made up of lawn, olive and fruit trees and from the terrace there are wonderful views to be enjoyed. In the garden there is the swimming pool and a gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for eating "al fresco" and hot tub. Parking is within the grounds.
On the ground floor (80 sq. m) there is a gorgeous open plan living room equipped with beautiful modern furniture: sitting room with fireplace, TV home theatre, kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer) with fire place, a bathroom with shower. French doors lead out to the covered terrace and pool area.
On the first floor (70 sq. m) you will find three double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. The rooms are provided with modern comfort such as satellite TV and a home theatre system for cinema enthusiasts and they are all heated through a central heating system.
