The space

Villa Coppa (350 sqm) develops over three levels and consists of four apartments with independent entrances.

On the ground floor, you will find two living rooms (with sofa beds for 2 people) and a well-equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle), as well as one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one double bedroom (with double bed), two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) and four bathrooms (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find a living/dining room (with fireplace) and a kitchen (with hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster), as well as one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower, washing machine and hairdryer).

On the second floor, you will find a kitchen (with hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower and hairdryer).

Next to the villa, there is a large annex featuring a dining room with seating for more than 20 guests and outside, you will find a large garden with an eating area and outdoor barbecue, as well as a private swimming pool (12m x 6m; depth 1.4m; open from 14 May to 30 September) with sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas) and an outdoor shower.
