The space

Developing over four levels, the villa boasts three lush terraces that overlook the turquoise sea, offering guests stunning panoramic views. We access the villa from the garden, starting from the top floor (4th level) and going down to the ground level.

On the 4th floor of the villa you will find a room complete with exercise bike, a guest bathroom with toilet and sink, and a bathroom with shower.

Going down one level, we find three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Further down one level, we have what we call the main floor, featuring a modern well-equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, an open-plan living and dining area with sofas, and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

On the ground floor we find four bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one twin room and one single room. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, three of them with shower and one with shower plus bathtub (one of the double bedrooms). On this same floor there is also a kitchenette.

The property also features a dependence for the staff of the villa, located in the upper area of the property. The housekeeping staff lives in the dependence and will take care of the villa throughout the stay.

Outside, we have three large terraces, furnished with comfortable seating, as well as table and chairs for al-fresco dining. At the back, we have a private swimming pool leading to a top terrace with sun lounges, armchairs and stunning sea views.

Facilities: air conditioning, daily housekeeping (about 4 hours per day) included in the price, bed linen and bath towels, mid-week change of bath and pool towels, mid-week change of bed linen (for stays longer than 1 week), Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV.
