Agriturismo Michela - Private Tuscan farmhouse with pool

The space

Agriturismo Michela consists of three farmhouses offering four bedrooms, nine apartments with independent entrances, a laundry room (with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities). There are also two meeting rooms, a tasting room, and a professional kitchen (all available on request for an extra cost at the time of booking).

The owner lives in a self-contained apartment within the building. He is very discreet, and guests are guaranteed exclusive use of the garden and pool area. There is a tasting room in the building, which the owner sometimes uses for his own winemaking purposes.

BEDROOMS (sleeps 8)

There are four double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers).

APARTMENT 1 (sleeps 2 + 1):
On the ground floor, you will find a shared terrace (with table and chairs).
On the first floor, you will find a living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen (with fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

APARTMENT 2 (sleeps 2 + 2):
On the ground floor, you will find a shared terrace (with table and chairs).
On the first floor, you will find a living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen (with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster). In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and two single sofa beds.

APARTMENT 3 (sleeps 2 + 2)
On the ground floor, you will find a shared terrace (with table and chairs).
On the first floor, you will find a living room with sitting area (with sofa bed), dining area and kitchen (with fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

APARTMENT 4 (sleeps 2 + 2)
On the ground floor, you will find a patio (with table and chairs, a living room with sitting area (with sofa bed), dining area and kitchen (with fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

APARTMENT 5 (sleeps 2 + 2)
On the ground floor, you will find a patio (with table and chairs), a living room with a sitting area (with sofa bed), dining area and kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

APARTMENT 6 (sleeps 2 + 2)
On the ground floor, you will find a patio (with table and chairs), a living room with a sitting area (with sofa bed), dining area and kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and separate bathroom (with shower).

APARTMENT 7 (sleeps 2 + 2)

On the first floor, you will find a living room with sitting area (with double sofa bed), dining area and kitchen (with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster), two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

APARTMENT 9 (sleeps 4 + 2)
On the ground floor you will find a shared terrace (with table and chairs), a large living room with sitting area (with sofa bed), dining area and kitchen (with fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a large garden featuring a swimming pool (14m x 7m; depth 1m - 1.4m; open from 1 April – 30 October) surrounded by a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), a children’s playground, two barbecues and a car park.
