The space

This (245 sqm2) villa consists of three beautifully restored apartments which share a swimming pool.

Apartment 1 (sleeps 2)

In this 65sqm2 ground floor apartment, you will find an open plan living area with a sitting area (with comfortable seating), a dining area (with table and bench seating) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with fridge freezer, gas hob (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, and espresso machine). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and washing machine). Outside, the apartment has a private garden with a shaded dining area (with table and chairs) and a barbecue. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Apartment 2 (sleeps 6 + 1)

Access to this 100 sqm2 first floor apartment is by an external private staircase. In the apartment, you will find a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with table seating six) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), an open mezzanine area (with single bed; available for children under 12) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). From the living room (up a wooden staircase) you will find a double/twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be separate or pushed together to form a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). You will also find a laundry (with washing machine) and outside, a private garden with a shaded dining area (with table and chairs) and a barbecue. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning.

Apartment 3 (sleeps 2)

Accessed via an independent entrance, this 80 sqm2 ground floor apartment has an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with two dining tables) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with hob (4 burners), fridge freezer, Oven, Espresso coffee machine, mocha coffee machine). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). Outside, the apartment has a private garden (with table and chairs and a barbecue). Mosquito nets, air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dishwasher are also available for guests.

Outside, there is a garden with steps down to a private swimming pool (9 m x 4 m; depth 1.5 m – 2m; salt water; open 16 April – 1 October). The outside living area includes a sun terrace (with sun loungers) which surrounds the pool, a shaded area by the pool (with table and chairs) and each apartment has its own outside garden (with tables, chairs, and a barbecue).
