The space

This (94 sqm2) villa consists of two beautifully restored apartments with cotto floors and beamed ceilings. The apartments have independent entrances accessed by a shared external staircase, and they share the garden and the swimming pool.

Apartment 1 (sleeps 4): In this 55sqm2 apartment you will find a living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with table seating four) and a well-equipped kitchen corner (with hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Apartment 2 (sleeps 2). In this 39 sqm2 apartment, you will find a living room with a sitting area (with sofa and armchairs), a dining area (with table seating two) and a well-equipped kitchen corner (with hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, there is a large garden with a private swimming pool (6 m x 12 m; depth 1.2 m – 1.5 m; open 7 May – 1 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers). There is also a shaded dining terrace (with two tables seating six) where guests from both apartments can enjoy eating together.

Please note that the owner lives next door and has a third apartment (for two people). This apartment may be used by the owner’s friends who can also use the swimming pool.
