The space

This (100 sqm2) villa develops over two levels.

In front of the villa, you will find a large open courtyard with an iron gate. A door from the courtyard followed by three steps takes you to down to the sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (shower).

A flight of stairs leads you to the lower floor where you will find a large living space with a well-equipped kitchen area, a dining area (with table seating four) and a sitting area (with sofas and armchairs). From the living room, there are doors that open onto the terrace and the garden).

Please note that there is one extra bed available (at extra cost) – a single sofa bed in the living room.

Outside, the villa has a terraced garden with a private swimming pool (3.6 m x 7 m; depth 1.2; open 7 May – 24 September). From the shaded dining area next to the villa (with table seating four), a few steps take you down to pool area with a wooden sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrella). To the right of the house, there is a path with a small stone wall which borders the neighbour’s garden.

Please note that an extra bed can be added for an additional charge (single sofa bed in the living room).
