The space

Villa Gelsomina (450 sqm2) consists of a main house (250 sqm2) which develops over two levels, and two cottages. The first cottage develops over two levels and consists of two apartments (55 sqm2 and 50 sqm2) (joined by an internal door). The other cottage (95 sqm2) is set in its own garden and develops over one level.

MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 9)

On the ground floor there is a small living room leading into a larger living/dining room (with sofas and a dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, and table seating six) with a small storeroom. In the sleeping area, you will find one single bedroom (with single bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with a terrace and, one bathroom (with shower). One of the double bedrooms has access to its own terrace (with table and chairs).

COTTAGE ONE (Sleeps 4 + 2)

Apartment one (Sleeps 2 + 2)
On the ground floor there is a large, sunny living room with a sitting area (with sofa bed and Satellite TV), a dining area (with table seating four) and a small kitchen area with an oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine (shared with the second apartment).
On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with access to a pretty balcony and one bathroom (with shower). Air conditioning is available in the bedroom (pay upon use).

Apartment two (Sleeps 2)
On the ground floor you will find an open plan living area with a sitting area (with sofa and Satellite TV), a dining area (with table seating four) and a kitchen area with gas hob (4 burners), fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and washing machine (shared with the first apartment).
On the first floor you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom (with shower). Air conditioning is available in the bedroom (pay upon use).

COTTAGE TWO (Sleeps 6 )

Here you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with table seating six) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with gas hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). In the sleeping area you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin/triple bedroom (with two single beds) and two bathrooms (with showers).

Outside, the villa and apartments are set in large grounds with a beautiful Italian garden and mosaic tiled swimming pool (17 m x 7 m; depth 1.4 m - 2 m; open from 14 May – 1 October). A sun terrace (with sun loungers) surrounds the pool and there is an outdoor dining area (with table seating eight). The swimming pool is shared by the guests from the main house and the apartments.
