The space

Asciano is within a short driving distance, where you can find shops and restaurants and for day trips, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia are all within easy reach by car.

Villa Tessa (286 sqm2) consists of five apartments in two renovated houses, which are located next to each other – the main house and a renovated barn. All the apartments have terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout.

MAIN HOUSE
First apartment (Sleeps 4): In this 70 sqm2 ground floor apartment, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area with sofa, a dining area (with table seating up to 6) and a kitchen area (with cooker and fridge freezer). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Second apartment - (Sleeps 4): In this 70 sqm2 ground floor apartment, you will find a large living room with a sitting area with sofa and a kitchen/dining area (with dining table, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob - 4 burners). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Third apartment – (Sleeps 6): In this 70 sqm2 first floor apartment, you will find a large living room with a sitting area (with sofa and armchairs) and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area (with table seating six, fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher). In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom (with bath) and one bathroom (with shower).

BARN
Fourth apartment – (Sleeps 2): In this 38 sqm2 ground floor apartment, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area with sofa, a dining area (with table seating four) and a kitchen area (with gas hob - 4 burners and a fridge). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

Fifth apartment – (Sleeps 2): In this 38 sqm2 ground floor apartment you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area with sofa, a dining area (with table seating four) and a kitchen area (with gas hob - 4 burners and a fridge). In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

The outdoor space consists of a spacious garden with a private swimming pool (6 m x 12 m; depth 1.2 m – 1.8 m; open from 16 April – 8 October). Next to the pool you will find a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a barn with a communal room (with two dining tables, TV, Internet Wi-Fi, and a large fireplace with a barbecue) where guests can dine and have fun together. During the summer, guests can ask the owners to prepare breakfast and dinner (to be ordered in advance). You will also find two shaded areas (with tables, chairs, and seating) situated next to each other, which provide a space for guests to sit together outside.
