The space

The 350 square metre property consists of a villa which develops over two floors.

On the ground floor you will find a living room (with sofas and a fireplace), a dining room (with a table seating 12) and a well-equipped kitchen. You will also find a storage room (with a freezer), a laundry room (with a washing machine/iron and ironing board), a cellar (with a good choice of Tuscan wines) and a bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor there is a terrace (with stairs to the garden), six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

You will also find a pergola and many terraces with eating and sitting areas including a shaded terrace (with table seating 12) for al fresco dining and a wood oven and barbecue.
