
The 300 square metre villa develops over two floors.
On the ground floor you will find two living rooms - a larger one (with antique furniture and sofas) and a smaller one (with sofas). You will also find a spacious dining room (with table seating 8 and a fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (with breakfast table and direct access to the courtyard) and a bathroom (with shower).
On the first floor you will find two living rooms (one with outside terrace) and a laundry. In the sleeping area, there are four bedrooms: three double bedrooms (with double bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be separate or pushed together to form a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Outside, there is a beautiful, well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (14 m x 6 m; open from May to October) with sun terrace, sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outside shower. You will also find a large terrace with lounge areas (with tables and chairs) and an eating area (with a table seating 8 and a barbecue).
