The property itself offers a private swimming pool (11.85mx 6.85m, deep: 1.40 with internal steps and jacuzzi and outside shower; open until middle of September) and is divided into two apartments, as well as a summer kitchen. The house is attached to the owner’s house.
The main apartment (attached to the owner’s house) can accommodate 6+2 and is 90 square metres large. Inside, on the ground floor, e find the entrance onto a living room with kitchen area (stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster), dining table, a double sofa bed, smart TV, and air conditioning. The sleeping rooms consist of one double bedroom with access to the front of the house and air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with shower. Stairs take us up to the first floor where there are two more double bedrooms with air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with shower. At the back of the house, there is a private outdoor area with table and chairs.
The second apartment is a little house located about 30 metres from the house, developing over 55 square metres and accommodating 4 people. Entrance is on the ground floor where we have a bright room with retractable roof, functioning as a living room with double sofa bed and summer kitchen (Stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, dining table) area; all windows can be opened and have mosquito nets; the room is air conditioned. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with air conditioning and there is one bathroom with shower.
Outside, we have a large fully fenced garden with private swimming pool (11.85mx 6.85m, deep: 1.40) equipped with sun lounges and a covered gazebo area with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The villa offers an outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven, sink and an external bathroom with toilet and sink.

Wir können einfach nur sagen, dass wir einen mega schönen Urlaub hatten und definitiv wieder kommen werden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von der Tochter des Hauses empfangen und sie hat uns, trotzt Sprachbarrieren, alles sehr genau gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, aber unser Highlight war der Garten mit Pool und Aussenküche. Wir haben alles allein benutzen können und hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche. Bei all unseren Fragen: Supermarkt, Restaurant- Auswahl, Strand..... kam umgehend und immer sehr freundlich ein Antwort, von Rosa oder ihrer Familie . „Unterhalten“ haben wir uns per Google- Übersetzer, so dass es überhaupt kein Problem war, Antworten zu bekommen.
