The space

This villa is composed of a 250 square metre villa which develops over 2 levels and a characteristic tower.

MAIN VILLA

On the ground floor you will find a lounge/dining area (with sofa and armchairs and dining table & chairs for 10 people), a reading room and a well-equipped kitchen.

On the first floor you find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and basin), one twin bedroom (with single beds pushed together to form a double) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and basin), one twin bedroom (with single beds that can be converted to a double) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and basin) and one twin bedroom (with single beds that can be converted to a double) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and basin).

TOWER (with a separate entrance from the main villa)

On the ground floor you will find a small sitting room and a bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will find a double bedroom (with double bed).

Outside, you will find a large well-kept garden (with olive and plum trees, roses, lavender and rosemary). On the lower level, next to the villa, you will find an outdoor dining area (with dining table seating 10 people). On the upper level, you will find a private pool (12 m x 6 m; depth 1.5 m; Open from 05 April - 25 October) with sun deck (with sun loungers and umbrellas) and an outdoor Jacuzzi. There is also a small football pitch (for 5) and a table tennis table for sports lovers.
