The space

The 450 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.

GROUND FLOOR
From the main entrance on the ground floor, you find a spacious lounge with direct access to a veranda (via sliding doors) which has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, a dining table and a piano arranged around an open fireplace. There is also a second, cosy living area furnished with rustic armchairs, a dining table and chairs and a fireplace and, a well-equipped kitchen with modern facilities.

You will also find 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) and a twin bedroom (with two single beds). Both the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and bath and one with bath) and one has direct access to the outside. Next to the lounge there is a separate bathroom (with shower) and stairs to a mezzanine area (with double bed).

FIRST FLOOR
Restored in 2021 by the owner, the first floor can be accessed both from the inside and via outside stairs and it offers a lounge room with kitchen area (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), working fireplace and piano. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, a twin bedroom which can be converted into a double by pushing the beds together, and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a well-cared for garden with aromatic plants and rose gardens. There are various seating areas where you can relax in the sun or shade and there is a gazebo on the terrace where you can eat and drink outside. The swimming pool (12 x 5.6m; depth 1.4 – 1.5m; open from 1/4 – 30/9) is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and outdoor furniture. There is a changing room, fridge, toilet and outside shower.
