The house develops over two floors.
On the ground floor we find a bathroom with shower and a wide kitchen with access to the external area.
On the first floor, accessed via an external staircase only, we have the living/dining room with TV, kitchenette with wood burning oven and access to a small terrace with table and chairs. From this room, we access another living room with sofas, another dining room, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower. These rooms are connected via a few steps.
Outside, there is a private swimming pool (10 x 4m; 1.4m deep) with sun lounges and external shower, large terrace with table and chairs and a well-tended vegetable garden.
Facilities: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, American coffee machine, iron and ironing board, high chair, baby stroller, barbecue, satellite TV, toaster, hairdryer, fly screens on the windows, Wi-Fi Internet.

Simple and easy to use, pictures were representative of the lovely villa in which we stayed. Service from Italian breaks was responsive quick, was a little unclear on when I should expect things (like directions etc.) but the clarified and response to requests same day.\nFantastic villa, great hosts accommodation was bigger than expected with loads of space. The additional kitchen and seating area outside by the pool was fantastic and where we spent all of our daylight hours. location is rural and quite but the main town is in easy reach and some lovely towns within easy drive.
