The space

Villa La Foce is split over two levels

Ground floor:
Once stables and storage rooms the ground floor has been completely restored to provide an open plan kitchen/dining room with spacious dining table and chairs and an open stone fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas burners, microwave, dishwasher and oven.

There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) on this floor opening onto a courtyard. There is also another single room and three bathrooms (one with bathtub and two with shower units). The house is furnished and decorated with local pottery, terracotta floors and ancient stone fireplaces giving the house a rustic Tuscan style. A laundry room is available with washing machine.

From the living room via the internal wooden staircase you can access the first floor.

On this level you will find a large living room with old stone fireplace, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two interconnecting rooms (one double and one single room) and a separate bathroom.

Villa La Foce is built around a central courtyard offering privacy and an ideal place for outdoor dining with a BBQ terrace under an old oak tree.

Just below the house accessible via a footpath and steps, on a terrace you will find the swimming pool (12m x 6m) with stunning views over the countryside. The villa has a wooden gate for children safety.
