The space

Villa Caruccia (400m2) is divided into two main wings (North and South) with connecting door in between each section. There are two external staircases leading into the villa.

South Wing:

Ground floor: There is a large sitting room with fireplace and dining area leading to a furnished veranda. There is also a modern kitchen and guest WC.

First floor: You will find a double room with en-suite shower room opening on to a private terrace.
Lower ground floor: There are two bedrooms: One double room with en-suite bathroom (bath & shower) opening to the garden area and one twin room with en-suite shower. On this level there is a study and laundry room with access to the garage.

North Wing

Ground floor: There is a large sitting/dining room with couches and TV, leading to the veranda with access to the garden and outdoor dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as two bedrooms: One double and one twin room. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower unit).

First floor: There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin room each with en-suite shower bathroom. The double room has access to the terrace with great views.

Villa Caruccia was restored a few years ago and has air conditioning that can be regulated in each room. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

The south wing has a porch which provide guests with an outdoor seating area for relaxing and enjoying meals while the north wing has a nice pergola perfect for relaxing. A built-in BBQ is available near the pergola, not too far from the pool area. The infinity swimming pool is accessible via a staircase (15m x 5m and 1.40m deep) and has salted water. Its location offers extensive views of the countryside. There are sun loungers available.
