Villa Dei Marmi is set over three levels (700m2)

Ground floor: The spacious frescoed living rooms feature beamed ceilings and fine antique furniture. There is one living room with two large French doors opening onto the garden offering sea views. The other living room has a pool table. You will find a separate dining room for 15-20 people. The kitchen is equipped with 6 hobs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, table and chairs. There is a guest bathroom with shower (3 steps up).

On the ground level there is a Chapel (consecrated; on request) perfect for any celebrations.

FIRST FLOOR:

Suite 1 (70 sqm, sleeps 2): Consists of a bedroom and a lounge area with sofas. This frescoed suite offers breath-taking views of the sea, hills, and garden, and is furnished with antique pieces. The large bathroom, finished with Italian marble, includes a relaxing round Jacuzzi for two. Amenities include WIFI and Satellite TV.

Suite 2: Frescoed bedroom (30 sqm, sleeps 2): Impressive panoramic views of the sea, hills, and garden. Features a double bed, ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, finished in fine Italian marble. Amenities include WIFI and Satellite TV.

Suite 3: Frescoed bedroom (30 sqm, sleeps 2): Similar panoramic views as the previous bedroom. Features a double bed, ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, finished in fine Italian marble. Amenities include WIFI and Satellite TV.

SECOND FLOOR:
Second floor sleeps up to 9+2 people in 4 bedrooms:

Suite 4 Suite (sleeps 3+2): Large living room with a double sofa bed and decorative fireplace, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom with shower, and pool view. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen corner cannot be used. Guests can use the kitchen at the main villa.

Suite 5 (sleeps 4): Living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, and sea view.

Suite 6 (sleeps 2): Living room, 1 double bedroom with a shower in the bedroom, 1 separate bathroom (only toilet and basin), and pool view.

The villa dominates the Tuscan coast and is surrounded by well-maintained Italian gardens with rose trees, centuries old olive grove and Mediterranean citrus trees.

Away from the left of the living room there is a spacious loggia ideal for al-fresco dining. The swimming pool 10m x 4m (open from May to September) is behind the villa surrounded by the gardens and sun loungers.

AVAILABLE ONLY UPON REQUEST: Annex sleeps 2

The Annex, located in the oil mill, offers stunning sea views and features authentic vintage machinery. This spacious suite (100 sqm) includes a large king-size bed, a luxurious onyx bath with shower, satellite TV, and WIFI. Guests can also enjoy the ambiance of a decorative fireplace. Additionally, the suite provides a double sofa bed for extra guests if needed. Please note that the kitchen in the annex cannot be used; however, guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities at the main villa.
