Villa Montaione (120 sq m) is a one-storey villa.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining area with table that sits 6, kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and one twin bedroom (convertible in double upon request) with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside area: private pool (5m x 10m - max depth 1m) with Jacuzzi in the centre, loungers, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, outside dining area, fully fenced garden.
