From the ground floor entrance there is an open plan kitchen living room with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table a fireplace with couch, satellite TV. This room leads to a covered terrace with table and chairs for 4. On this level there is a WC and washbasin.
A staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. On this level there is also a utility room with washing machine and a bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. Additionally there is an open room with a double bed settee (this room does not close) and exits onto the garden. The second bedroom is a twin room with adjoining bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. The bathroom has direct access to the swimming pool.
The outdoor area consists of a covered panoramic veranda (8sqm) equipped with table and chairs (seating 6). There is outdoor couch and chairs. The swimming pool is set in earth (9x6m; depth 1.40m) with salted water and is surrounded by deckchairs, sun-umbrella and an external shower.

Leider sind wir seit 2 Wochen wieder zu Hause, nachdem wir einen wundersch\u00f6nen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbracht haben. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig in den toskanischen H\u00fcgeln mitten in Olivenb\u00e4umen mit einer unglaublich sch\u00f6nen Aussicht auf das weite Tal, in dem man abends die Beleuchtung genie\u00dfen kann. Sehr begeistert waren wir von dem wundervollen gro\u00dfen Pool, der durch das Salz sehr angenehm weiches Wasser hatte, in dem man unendlich viel Platz zum Schwimmen und Toben hatte und von dem aus man ebenfalls die Aussicht ins Tal genie\u00dfen konnte. Dort haben wir viele Stunden verbracht! Die Besitzerin des Hauses und ihr Vater, der \u201cPadrone\u201d, haben sich unglaublich nett um uns gek\u00fcmmert, sie haben h\u00e4ufig per Whats App nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, standen bei jeder kleinen Schwierigkeit sofort zur Verf\u00fcgung und haben geholfen und haben uns sogar \u2013 wegen der extremen Hitze in diesem Sommer \u2013 mit zwei funkelnagelneuen Ventilatoren versorgt. Au\u00dferdem konnten wir noch sehr gutes Oliven\u00f6l und Wein, vom Padrone selbst hergestellt, g\u00fcnstig von ihnen kaufen. Vorher erhielten wir von allem eine kostenlose Probe. Wir waren wirklich sehr angetan von dieser liebevollen Betreuung. Das Haus ist unbedingt empfehlenswert f\u00fcr einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub mit Kind und Hund!! Vielen Dank nochmals an Fabiana und Padrone.
