Das Ferienhaus sowie der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit . Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen !! Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist absolut perfekt um die Toskana tu erkunden. Fazit: ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wenn wir nochmal in die Toskana fahren, dann kommen wir gerne in dieses Ferienhaus und zu diesen tollen Vermietern zurück!! Herzlichen Dank

Idyllic Italian home. Sergio and Gratzia are the perfect hosts. They were helpful and have provided absolutely everything you could want in a holiday home. We feel very lucky to have stayed twice now and will be booking to go back.\nThe house itself is beautiful and has been so well thought out it is a real home - the star of the show is without a doubt the stunning garden and swimming pool. It was 40 degrees when we were there and the pool was the perfect place to be.\nThe house is a very quick and easy 10 minute drive to Lucca so is perfectly located. All in all the best holiday rental we have stayed in.

We had a brilliant time in the villa. The house and garden were absolutely lovely. There was lots of space in the house and the pool was really clean and cool. The hosts (who live next door) were so friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but we managed to communicate via Google translate! We are family of 4 and we would recommend it very highly indeed.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei Sergio und Grazia! Das Haus war extrem sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein schöner Garten machte die Unterkunft perfekt. Eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft!

We loved our stay at the villa. Grazia and Sergio were so lovely. They were so helpful and even out some tomatoes they had grown in their garden through to us. The house is beautiful and so unique - lots of memorabilia from the cinema that the owners family used to own. The pool was amazing - set in a lovely garden with fruit trees and flowers. Everything was so well kept. Spotlessly clean and just everything you could want from a holiday home. We would love to visit again.

We have spent a wonderful two weeks in Italy, we have visited Siena, Florence and Pisa.\nElliot and Luca really liked going up the tower, I however was not so keen!\nSiena and Florence we highly recommend you to visit, really beautiful.\nThe villa has been amazing, the kids have loved the pool. Siamo ritornati anche quest'anno perchè il posto merita proprio. La casa è molto confortevole, super pulita, il giardino con la piscina curatissimi e poi si è ad un passo da Lucca. In un'ora si raggiunge Firenze, Lido di Camaiore, in un'ora e mezza si è a Volterra, San Gimignano. E poi i proprietari...che dire delle persone meravigliose sempre pronte ad accontantare ogni richiesta. Se si cerca una casa dove passare delle vacanze in totale relax questo è il posto giusto.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno presso la villa. I proprietari si prendono cura in modo impeccabile di questa splendida villa. Ci hanno accolto con molta simpatia e con un bel cesto di frutta buonissima e buon vino. Durante la vacanza non sono mancati anche i prodotti del loro orto che abbiamo trovato buonissimi. De villa is centraal gelegen voor excursies naar Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Marina di Pisa, ... We hebben genoten van dit fantastische huisje (zeer schoon!) met zwembad voor twee weken. Grazia en Sergio zijn de zeer lieve, gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaren van de villa. Een echte aanrader! Van ons krijgen Grazia en Sergio een 10\/10! Een tweede toilet was welkom 😉

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza Toscana alla Capannella grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Grazia e Sergio che ci hanno accolti con un omaggino di frutta e una bottiglia di vino, poi durante il soggiorno, Grazia ci ha portato delle verdure fresche dal loro modesto orto biologico.
