Perched on top of a cliff which overlooks the sea and surrounded by the Maremma Natural Park, Villa Sparta is the ideal location to enjoy not only the Southern Tuscany Coast but also sites of historical interest. The property is really suggestive with its historic Spanish tower erected as defense against the Saracen invasions and its breathtaking views that can be fully appreciated from the tower.

The space

Villa Sparta is composed by the main part of the villa on two floors, the ancient tower on two levels and the annex.

MAIN VILLA
Ground floor: dining area with fireplace, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso maker and toaster), two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
First floor: a spacious room with air conditioning and living area with fireplace and dining area. Dining and relaxing area with sun loungers on the terrace with stunning views over Porto S. Stefano, Monte Argentario, Talamone, Monti dell'Uccellina, the islands of Giglio and Montecristo.

ANCIENT TOWER
From the ground floor, a staircase leads to the ancient tower that develops on two levels. On the first level one double bedroom with fireplace; wooden steps lead to the second level with a small bathroom with a shower and a closet / dressing room and a small terrace.

ANNEX (adjacent to the tower): two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and air conditioning.

The villa has a private swimming pool on a terrace overlooking the sea and its own access to the sea and a sunbathing deck reachable by a footpath.

Facilities: BBQ, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets on all windows, dishwasher, air conditioning, fans.
