The space

There are hand made cotto tiles on the floor and original wooden beams on the ceilings. The villa has a contemporary style with five bedrooms. The villa comes with air conditioning, heating and WI-FI included in the price.

There is a magnificent large swimming pool where you relax in the sunshine and catch up on your tan or read a good book while marveling at the views. The wonderful town of Siena is only 24km while the Tuscan coast and Florence about 1hr drive. The villa is accessed via about 3km of non-asphalted road. Please note that the road is not suitable for sports cars.

The villa is on two floors.

Ground Floor: Entrance to the living area, with modern sofas and satellite TV; a large brick archway separates the living area from the dining area furnished with a large wooden table, antiques and a large French door opening onto the garden. Close to the dining area, a modern stainless steel kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher).

From the kitchen there is a door leading out to the garden area with table, chairs and sofas covered by a modern red sail offering shade from the Tuscan sun. There is also one toilet and a double bedroom (king size bed, twin on request) with en-suite shower room.

First Floor: A marble staircase of about seventeen steps leads to the first floor where there are four bedrooms: One double bedroom (king size bed), a gallery with two single beds and en-suite shower room; a double bedroom (king size bed) and en-suite shower room with bathtub; a double bedroom with king size bed (twin on request) and an en-suite shower room.

PLEASE NOTE: Two of the bedrooms are equipped with sofa beds (French bed) accommodating one/two people each.

Facilities: swimming pool (15x7m - depth1,4x1,6m, open 18 May-21Sept), air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, Sat TV, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue.
