The space

The villa offers approximately 340 m² of living space arranged over two floors, with an additional first-floor bedroom accessed via a separate external staircase.

Ground floor:
The entrance opens into a comfortable living room with modern sofas and satellite TV. A large brick archway leads to the dining area, furnished with a substantial wooden table and antiques. The adjoining modern kitchen features a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, with French doors opening onto the outdoor dining area.
This floor also has a twin bedroom, which can be arranged as a double on request, with an en-suite shower room, plus a separate guest toilet.

First floor:
A marble staircase with approximately 17 steps leads to three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom that can be arranged as a double on request, and a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub. The first two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.
Separate-access bedroom: A fourth bedroom is reached via its own external staircase and has a double bed and en-suite shower room. This arrangement offers additional privacy for one couple within the group.
Two bedrooms have an additional French-style sofa bed, measuring approximately 140 x 200 cm, available on request. These must be requested at the time of booking.

Outdoor Areas:
Surrounded by mature oak trees and extensive woodland, Villa Dorata offers a secluded setting with far-reaching views across the Tuscan countryside.
The private swimming pool which can be heated on request (up to maximum 35 Celsius), measures approximately 15 x 7 metres, with a depth of 1.4–1.6 metres and is open all year. Positioned around 50 metres from the house, it provides a spacious place to swim and relax while enjoying the landscape.
Near the pool, an outdoor jacuzzi with hot water (heated up to max 40 Celsius) accommodates approximately four people, and a sauna is available for guests (fee applicable).
Close to the kitchen, an outdoor dining area is furnished with a table, chairs and sofas beneath a distinctive red shade sail. An electric barbecue is provided.

Location:
Villa Dorata lies in the peaceful countryside south of Siena, approximately 4 km from Casciano di Murlo, where guests can find shops, a bakery, butcher, restaurant, bar, pharmacy and other everyday services.
The surrounding landscape is ideal for guests who enjoy walking, nature and the quieter side of Tuscany. Siena is within easy reach for day trips, while the hill towns, vineyards and historic villages of the wider region offer plenty of opportunities to explore.

The separate-access bedroom is useful for guests who would appreciate additional privacy within the group. The villa is best suited to guests travelling by car who value seclusion.

- Open fires are strictly prohibited outside the house due to the fire risk in the area.
- the final approximately 3 km of access is along an unpaved, uneven road that is unsuitable for low-suspension sports cars.
