Guests can find the nearest town which is reachable via an asphalted road 4km away. Entrance to the property is off a main road which has minimal traffic. A tiled terrace pergola with table and chairs divide the house from the pool. There is a wonderful swimming pool with sun lounges where you can read a book or simply catch up on your tan and the garden is fenced.
Ground floor: from the entrance of the property there are two small buildings, one housing a guest suite with double bedroom with en-suit bathroom shower, and the other a utility room in the garage with a separate access to the kitchen. This marks the entrance court which gives access to the main building with the main living area on the ground floor and the four bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with modern en-suite bathrooms.
Through the main entrance to the property, the kitchen along with dining area and breakfast area are to the left and a staircase for access to the first floor, a living area and study with French doors to the right.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wooden and gas stove, a separate dining area which seats 10 and a breakfast area which seats 8. There is access onto the patio via French doors in the kitchen that leads onto the covered loggia with a table and seating for 10 people making it ideal for dining 'al fresco'. The utility room in the garage comes with a washing machine, ironing board and a sink.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite baths (1 Jacuzzi bath) and 2 twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower.

Wonderful vacation, surroundings, views, and comfortable house accommodations for 7 of us! The pool was an incredibly welcome respite every afternoon. Super water pressure! Always appreciated! Osterio Bibblio …… wonderful meal and people. Loved the convenience, delicious dinner, and very pleasant. Day trip to Montalcino was a delight. Loved it. Also had an informative tour about the growing , processing and a tasting of wine by the Gianni Brunelli Le Chiuse di Soto. We left with a new deep appreciation of a bottle of wine and what goes into making it! A totally enjoyable learning experience and lovely people! Manuela and Antonia were not only fantastic chefs , presenting incredible hand made delicious pasta and dinner but were delight delightful friendly women ! We look forward to tonight when they are scheduled to return for our final dinner here! Our last Saturday night dinner was the best we have had in Italy!!! We all will be sad to leave our Tuscan home tomorrow but will be filled with fond joyful heartwarming memories of our stay here in your Tuscan Paradise. A gift! So grateful we found you!
