The house is 160sq m and is surrounded by a green lawn. The garden around the house is completely fenced and parking space is provided inside the property through a gate. The swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1.20m-1.65m deep) enjoys pockets of sun and shade as does the natural 'al fresco' dining terrace. The house retains its rustic character and charm with beamed ceilings and antique tiles, and the furnishings are nice and comfortable.
Approximately 30m from the villa there is a neighbouring house occasionally occupied by the owners at weekends.
On the ground floor we can find a large living room with Satellite TV, a double bedded room and the large new kitchen equipped with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cooker (4 rings), fireplace and Satellite TV. Washing machine too. From a French door you get into the pergola equipped with table and chairs for dining out and to the pool. BBQ available.
Through 8 steps you reach the first floor where you find a bathroom with shower. Through 8 more steps you reach the upper floor with 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and one large bathroom with bath/shower. One single room has a lovely terrace with nice views.
Please Note: Nearby the house, you can see from the photos a large field. This field is used on the 15th of August for the Ferragosto celebrations; the rest of the time, usually, nothing and nobody uses the field. The property is located in a very small hamlet of only 20 - 30 people approx.
A very good osteria restaurant can be found within walking distance from the house. Monticiano with supermarkets, and several shops and restaurants is only 8km away, Follonica and the beach 47km, Florence 100km.

deze prachtige villa die zeer goed onderhouden is , en ook tijdens het verblijf onderhouden word door papa allesio is perfect voor een groep van 8 personen . 1 nadeeltje is dat het wel in de middle of nowhere ligt waardoor als je naar het dichtstbijzijnde stadje \/dorpje Malticiano wilt rijden dat op 13 km afstand ligt je wel door alle haarspeltbochten alleen daarheen al een half uur onderweg bent ,laat staan als je naar Sienna of florence wilt .

Very good. They [Italian Breaks] responded quickly with queries.\n\nVilla was lovely and pool fantastic. Village very quiet with small bar where you could buy ice-creams and fabulous restaurant, worth a visit. Owners lovely people. Couldn't do enough for us, dropping off fresh home-grown salad, and visiting twice during the week to clean the pool. Only criticism... would have liked a kettle!
