The villa is 20km South of Siena part of a wheat farm, in the heart of the superb Tuscan landscape. There is another completely independent villa on the estate.

The space

Ground Floor: living room, TV room, a WC with washing machine, kitchen with oven, fridge, cooker, dishwasher and pizza oven. Both kitchen and sitting area open to the garden and furnished patio for dining outdoors. Double bedroom en-suite with shower.

1st Floor: 6 bedrooms (3 twins and 3 doubles), 3 bathrooms with shower.

Swimming pool (4m x 10m - 1.50 m deep, open May-September).

Free Wi-Fi Internet available close to the Reception area only.

Extra on request: daily maid service and chef.
