Description

This property lies on the gentle hills facing the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Dating back to 1250 AD, and it was erected within a fortified area and the farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil. Il Noceto is part of six old farmhouses located on the land of the Estate, which have been charmingly restored. The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 meters away where guests can find a grocery, a butcher shop and a bakery.

The space

Il Noceto is an independent villa of 130 sq. m., with private swimming pool.

Entrance from a 25sqm loggia furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco.
Stairs take us up to the first floor where there is a large living area with kitchen corner (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), double sofa bed (suitable for children under 12 only), two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with tub.

Outside, the property has a beautiful garden with private swimming pool (6m x 12m, 1.2m to 1.4m deep), barbecue and outdoor dining area.

Facilities: air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, hairdryer, barbecue, washing machine. Pets allowed.
