Dating back to the 17th century, Villa Eterna has been meticulously restored by master Chianti artisans using traditional stonework and craftsmanship. Today, it merges historic character with refined contemporary comfort. Spread over 400 m² and surrounded by one hectare of manicured lawns and gardens, the villa overlooks sweeping sunset views that define the Chianti landscape.

Interiors feature elegant arches, stone walls, crafted staircases, and serene neutral tones inspired by the Tuscan countryside. With five beautiful bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests in complete comfort. Underfloor climate control, smart-home security, and high-end finishes ensure a luxurious stay year-round.

A highlight is the villa’s underground wine cellar, built within the original stone architecture and offering exceptional acoustics, perfect for private tastings or atmospheric evenings.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The property offers underfloor cooling and heating: under every room, including the cantina cellar and bathrooms, there are pipes carrying hot or cold water (depending on the season) circulating under the floors that regulate the temperature of each room at a constant comfortable level; the temperature is also customisable for each different room, providing each guest with their own bespoke level of comfort. This is controlled by the property manager who can be contacted for any changes required.
- Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the villa; motion detection and door alarms in the house.
