The space

The town of Sarteano is nearby, where you can find shops and restaurants, and Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino are within a short driving distance. Furthermore, the spa towns of Chianciano Terme and San Casciano dei Bagni are easily accessible, while Siena is just an hour’s drive away.

Villa Jolanda (630 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor). The villa sleeps 12 guests plus two in two single beds that can be added on request. Additionally, it's worth noting that the double/twin bedrooms feature two single beds that can be combined to form a double or separated into two singles as needed.

On the ground floor, you will find two living areas (with sofas and armchairs), a spacious dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you will also find two double/twin bedrooms (each with two single beds; 200 x100 cm) with ensuite bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a tub).

A staircase leads you to the first floor, where you will find four double/twin bedrooms (each with two single beds; 200 x100 cm) with ensuite bathrooms (with tubs).

The villa also boasts a gym with modern gym equipment.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a two-hectares of garden which boasts a private swimming pool (measuring 15 x 5 m; 2 m deep; open May to October; unheated) with a poolside area equipped with sun loungers. Also featured are several al fresco dining areas, a barbecue, and a pizza oven, as well as a bathroom, changing room, and shower.
