The villa is completely fenced and the garden features a private swimming pool (5 x 24m; Depth 1m - 2m; open from 1 May – 30 September) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and a sitting area with comfortable outdoor seating. You will also find lawns, a shady alfresco dining area as well as a 1.5 km fenced trail where you can walk or run and parking.
