On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds), one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a garden (700 sqm) with a private swimming pool exclusively for the use of guests (4m x 8m; depth 1.3m; open from 30 April to 30 September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers). Next to the villa there is a shady terrace (with table and chairs); private parking and a barbecue are also available.
