The service leveles from Italian Breaks was very good. I have rated it good rather than excellent as the original villa I booked was then cancelled as it was double booked. I had a limited choice of alternative that was more expensive. This was the fault of the owner who hadn't updated the calendar however improvements to the booking system and owner contracts would reduce this happening to others.\n\nI agree with a previous review that details a lack of attention to maintenance on the owners part and areas that could easily be improved without much time or money being spent. That said the villa is very spacious and the beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The pool area is great and the villa location is very good, the village of Massa Lubrense has some good places to eat, drink and watch the world go by without the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. There is a good bus service that takes 20 minutes to go to Sorrento for 1.5 euro. The service levels from the local agent Coemy were very good. If you are looking for a good place to stay and don\u2019t mind your accommodation being a little rough around the edges then I would recommend Villa Sandrina.

Very helpful with information and the villa was excellent. They [Italian Breaks] also assisted when my Mum fell over and broke her hip with getting someone to check her injury.

We had a very great time at the villa in Tuscany.\n\nThe look of the house is perfectly typical of the region and you can't get enough of the view from the terrace. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and maintained.\n\nThe interior is rustic, a bit outdated, but in keeping with the ambience of the house. Only in the kitchen, in my opinion, a few renovations could be made.\n\nApart from the fact that a few rooms have attached bathrooms and others do not, all rooms are equally equipped. The house was clean and had everything you need. I was especially grateful for the fly screens on all the windows as the mosquitoes are quite active at sunset.\n\nDue to the remote location of the house, you need a car for almost all excursions. Florence can be reached by train from the nearest village in 1h.\n\nWe would definitely come back again.
