The space

The property combines a peaceful residential setting with easy access to the coast and the lively fishing village of Marzamemi, approximately 3 km away. Guests also have access to an exclusive shaded relaxation area directly on the beach, making this an excellent choice for families and friends looking for a relaxed seaside holiday near Noto and Marzamemi.
The house offers approximately 100 m² of interior space, together with a 1,000 m² private garden and 100 m² of terraces.

INDOOR
The accommodation is arranged primarily on the ground floor, with bright and practical spaces suited to a beach holiday.
The main living area combines the lounge and kitchen, creating a sociable space for the whole group. The well-equipped kitchen includes a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee percolator, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is also available.
Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout the villa, together with Wi-Fi.

The villa sits within approximately 1,000 m² of private garden, with plenty of space to enjoy Sicily's warm climate.
A 100 m² private terrace, veranda and solarium provide several areas for relaxing outdoors, with sun loungers, outdoor seating and a dining table. There is also a barbecue area and an outdoor shower, ideal after returning from the beach.

There is no swimming pool, but with the beach only around 200 metres away, this is very much a house for guests who prefer swimming in the sea. Guests also benefit from an exclusive shaded relaxation area directly on the beach.

Spend your days swimming and relaxing along the beaches of San Lorenzo, before heading into Marzamemi for an evening by the waterfront. The historic centre of Noto, famous for its Sicilian Baroque architecture, is approximately 20 km away and makes an easy day or evening trip.
For a longer excursion, Syracuse is around 40 km away, while diving is available around Marzamemi, horse riding near Portopalo di Capo Passero and tennis in Pachino.
